Spearheaded by new technology, innovative businesses and younger consumers, the global Experience Economy is flourishing – it’s roughly five times the size of the global automobile industry.  

In the UK, it’s no surprise that London is the experience capital, with experiences (theatres, casinos, cinemas, hotels, restaurants, retail and live experiences) accounting for 34% of total consumer spending, the highest of any region in the country.  

At our next Future Talks, we’ll present our latest Real Estate Insights Report and hear from expert panellists to take a deep dive into the Experience Economy and the area’s real estate, asking:
