Sustainability Commitment
Pride in London is dedicated to reducing their environmental impact. Their Sustainability Team is actively working to make the event as eco-friendly as possible. Members and attendees are advice to help minimise waste on Parade Day by:
💧Providing Free Tap Water – Allow attendees to refill their water bottles to reduce plastic waste.
🗑️ Offering Recycling Facilities – Ensure proper waste disposal by providing clearly marked recycling bins.
♻️ Using Reusable Cups – Opt for reusable plastic glasses instead of single-use alternatives.
⛔️ Avoiding Single-Use Giveaways – Refrain from distributing stickers, plastic freebies, and other disposable items.
If you would like to collaborate with the pride team on eco-friendly initiatives, please contact our Sustainability Team at sustainability@prideinlondon.org
Commercial Waste
Businesses must ensure that commercial waste is not placed out on the streets during event times and must make arrangements for these to be made either on the previous/following day. See the Business Information Pack here.
