We are delighted to welcome David Belliard, Deputy Mayor of Paris for Public Space, Transport and Mobility. In a discussion led by HOLBA’s Chief Executive Ros Morgan, David will share Paris’s latest regeneration, placemaking and public realm plans, as well as the importance of mobility, diversity and sustainability in driving change in world cities.
