Heart of London’s West End counter-terrorism training
About this event
We are working with Safer WestEnd (part of the Safer Business Network), the Metropolitan Police division of Counter Terrorism Protective Security Operations, and Project Servator Officers, to empower retail and hospitality staff on how to respond to critical incidents in the workplace and beyond.
Join us to find out more about the Hostile Reconnaissance, Lockdown and Security Minded Communication. We will also have a specialist from Project Servator to discuss the key aims of the project and the importance of joint working with the business community, a dedicated briefing and Q&A on the new Protect Duty legislation coming into effect in the coming months and a short presentation led by Security Operations Manager John Coudriet from The West End Security Group (WESG).
The training will be particularly useful for those working in hospitality, retail and leisure, with the opportunity to build on the skills, knowledge and confidence that is needed when identifying potential terror risks.
