How do I join?
To ensure that our users are employees in the West End, you will need to complete our application form. To do this, download the Heart of London Club App in the App Store or Google Play store and complete your application, using your company email address. If you are eligible, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours to verify your account.
Can I sign up even if I do not have a company email address?
Yes. The Heart of London Club is available to all employees in the West End. Although an email address with your company domain is preferred, if you do not have one, please ensure you state your company name in your application form.
Why was my application rejected?
The club is exclusively available to employees working in the West End. If your office is located outside of the area, unfortunately you will not be eligible to join.
How do I redeem an offer?
Redemption instructions are unique to each offer and will be detailed in the listing. For some offers, you will be asked to present the offer on your device at the premises. Other offers, such as online bookings, may require you to visit a website and enter a promo code, or contact a particular staff member.
How do I enter a competition?
On the first day of each month, a new Heart of London Club competition will be listed on the app. All you need to do is swipe ‘reveal code’ on the listing to be in with a chance to win.
How long is my account valid for?
Your account is valid for the duration of your employment at a company within the Heart of London business district. If you have not redeemed an offer or entered a competition in over 2 years, you will be notified that your account has been inactive and removed, unless we’re told otherwise.
Is it free for our staff to join the Heart of London Club?
If your organisation is a member of Heart of London Business Alliance or is located within the Heart of London business district, there is no cost for you or your employees to join the Heart of London Club.
Can we include the Heart of London Club in our staff benefits package?
Absolutely – we would love for our businesses to be ambassadors of the Heart of London Club and to encourage their staff to sign-up. Contact email@example.com for more information.

How can we get involved in a Heart of London Club competition?
Competitions are a great way to engage the employee community – if you have a prize you would like to give away, e.g., theatre tickets, behind-the-scenes tour, VIP menu tasting, luxury hamper, please get in touch with us directly at email@example.com.
What sort of employee exclusives can we run?
You can run several different types of employee exclusives, from a discount or a giveaway, to a tailored experience or behind-the-scenes tour, to presale or VIP access. All ideas are welcome!
Can we determine our own T&Cs?
Yes – each business can determine their own terms, validity dates and exemptions to be included in the offer listing. Offers can be rolling or for a fixed period.
