RAGE (raising awareness of gangs and exploitation) training is designed for frontline staff and can be adapted based on the type of businesses in attendee i.e. retail, hospitality, hotels, social services, probation, education, health staff, and local businesses to bring a better understanding and awareness of criminal groups/gangs operating in and around our communities.

The training covers various topics such as:

• Increasing knowledge of gangs, exploitation, knife crime & missing episodes
• To help identify, understand and respond to children and young people, needs & risks.
• Understand the context and trends of serious youth violence and the public health approach to address it.
• Break down stereotypes.
• The importance of data collection and reporting.
• Understanding the risks that come with product resales.
