The reopening of retail – HOLBA engagement session

THE REOPENING OF RETAIL – HEART OF LONDON ENGAGEMENT SESSION Heart of London Business Alliance is hosting a series of sector-specific online events to update members and gather feedback on the impact of Covid-19 on their business.

This event will be a collaborative conversation between Heart of London members, HOLBA Chief Executive Ros Morgan, and special guests, Sean Ghouse, Head of UK Retail at Fortnum & Mason, Paul Barnes, Chief Executive of the Association of International Retail (AIR) and Kyle Monk, Director of Insight at the British Retail Consortium (BRC).

Kyle will be discussing the latest insights on how retail is performing in the West End, London and the UK. Sean will be sharing Fortnum & Mason’s on-the-ground experience, touching on their journey through the pandemic, what they have learned, and how they plan to adapt as visitors return to the area. Finally, Paul will provide an update on tax-free shopping, Sunday trading hours and the return of international visitors.

We encourage all our retail businesses to attend, ask questions and share information, so that we can work together in the pivotal months ahead to ensure the retail sector recovers and thrives.

Please note, this event is exclusively for HOLBA members and there may be a short delay while your registration is approved.

This event has now taken place.
