Heart of London Business Alliance are inviting our members to join a workshop to discuss the key priorities in relation to the Retrofit First policy and on Infrastructure and Growth, covered in Westminster City Council’s (WCC) City Plan.

The City Plan provides a vision and framework for how long-term housing, commercial and infrastructure growth will be delivered in Westminster. The policies within the plan cover a range of topics including housing, sustainability, heritage, transport, the visitor economy and employment. The Plan was adopted in April 2021 and WCC are now refocusing their plans to build more affordable homes and prioritize the retrofitting of existing buildings.
