Nightlife and the creative economy shapes how places feel, function and grow after dark. London at 2am has different needs, infrastructure and economics compared to London at 2pm.

That’s why we are partnering with VibeLab to deliver the first ever Creative Footprint Lab in London, the first as part of a three-year partnership.

Throughout this full-day Lab, your contribution and participation in the discussions and workshops will help to shape a practical road map for London’s 24-hour economy. 

This conversation is especially timely for London right now, following the Nightlife Taskforce report delivered by VibeLab for the Mayor of London. It reported the city's night-time economy generates roughly a quarter of its total economic output, however venues experience challenges with policy and delivery.

Creative Footprint Lab London is an opportunity to move conversations from recommendations to practice, bringing together real estate owners, developers, nightlife and cultural operators, and policymakers into the same room to discuss licensing, community ownership, the experience economy and international perspectives.

The Lab is an invite-only day for approx. 80 senior decision-makers. It moves from a morning plenary to afternoon workshops, closing with a session that turns the day's findings into a statement of intent for the West End, London, and beyond.
