Marketing and Communications Team Assistant £28,860
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Team Assistant to join our busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in marketing and communications within a fast-paced environment, while working in the heart of London’s West End.
You will support the Marketing and Communications team by providing essential support on administrative and digital activities across corporate and consumer communications, including assisting the team as needed in the delivery of campaigns and projects for all BID areas.
This role supports the team responsible for protecting and promoting HOLBA’s reputation, enhancing brand identity, and driving footfall and economic vibrancy across the West End.
You are highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. You take a proactive and flexible approach to your work, are comfortable working under pressure, and bring a creative eye for layout, presentation and design.

Street Services Assistant c£25-30k (dependent on experience)
Want to support the maintenance of standards of the day-to-day street-level services delivery within the heart of the West End? The role of Street Services Assistant is a highly visible, street-based role patrolling the BID area daily to ensure it remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
The successful applicant will have strong observation and problem-solving skills and will require excellent communication skills for liaising with local businesses in the monitoring, logging, and escalation of issues. Experience of working outdoors in a customer-focused environment is essential, preferably in a public-facing or operational role (cleansing, public realm, safety).

Urban Economy Manager c£50k (dependent on experience)
Want a unique opportunity to shape the urban economy at the heart of London’s West End? The Urban Economy Manager will deliver insight and expertise to positively influence economic policy for the West End at all levels of Government, within an organization that is acknowledged as a thought leader on the evening and night-time economy and the creative industries sectors. This role will be responsible for shaping policy positions, identifying partnerships and leading projects and initiatives that will enhance the area's commercial and cultural competitiveness. The successful candidate will have experience in economic development, urban policy, or regeneration along with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic insights and narrative. You need to be a skilled communicator with excellent writing and stakeholder management abilities and ideally have knowledge of central London’s hospitality, culture, real estate, or retail sectors.
