Want to lead corporate affairs and influence the future of one of London's most influential business partnerships?

HOLBA is seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Affairs to lead our communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement and reputation functions, ensuring the organisation has a strong and influential voice on behalf of our members.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, Board, members and key stakeholders, you will shape corporate strategy, build trusted relationships across business and government, and help influence policy affecting the West End.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead HOLBA's Corporate Affairs Directorate, providing strategic advice, protecting the organisation's reputation and delivering integrated communications and engagement that support our strategic objectives.

The successful applicant will have significant senior leadership experience in corporate affairs, communications, public affairs or stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience within a membership organisation, Business Improvement District, local government or a similar environment would be advantageous.

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30 pm (some out-of-hours work required)

Place Safety and Resilience Manager

Place Safety and Resilience Manager £40,000 pa

Three year funded contract with possible extension to permanent.

Vetting requirement: Enhanced Metropolitan Police Service Vetting

Want to play a key role in strengthening business safety, resilience and partnership response across the West End?

The Place Safety & Resilience Manager will represent HOLBA within the Metropolitan Police Service Command Fusion Cell, supporting intelligence sharing, operational coordination and the early identification of risks affecting businesses, visitors, workers and the wider area.

Working closely with the Metropolitan Police Service, local authorities, businesses, BIDs and other partner organisations, the postholder will help translate intelligence and operational insight into practical action, ensuring HOLBA members are better informed, better supported and more resilient.

This three year funded role will split its time between supporting the MPS Command Fusion Cell and delivering HOLBA’s wider place safety, business resilience and member-facing priorities.

Requirements
