Engagement Executive £30k-£32k (dependent on experience)
Looking for a role working in the heart of London, shaping a world-class West End?
The Engagement Executive is a delivery-focused role responsible for high-volume, high-quality in-person engagement with HOLBA’s member businesses, supporting the successful delivery of the BID ballot campaign.
Working as part of the Engagement team, the postholder acts as a key frontline contact for businesses, building and maintaining relationships to ensure they are informed, engaged and prepared for the ballot. The role plays a critical part in implementing engagement activity, maintaining accurate voter data, and capturing insight to support campaign delivery.
The postholder will contribute to the success of the ballot campaign through proactive outreach, strong attention to detail, and high standards of CRM management and communication.

Place Shaping Executive c£35k (dependent on experience)
The Place Shaping Executive supports the delivery of high-impact projects and programmes aligned with the Heart of London’s place-based strategies.
Focused on improving the West End’s vibrancy, accessibility and sustainability, this hands-on role supports environmental and economic interventions, place-based research and events that bring the Place Shaping Strategy, Cultural Strategy, Evening & Night-Time Vision, and Net Zero Roadmap to life.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting placemaking projects, research and events, together with an understanding of urban centre challenges. You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You are creative and solution-oriented, with attention to detail and have a passion for place shaping and the experience economy.
