We are welcoming Business Improvement District (BID) operators and representatives from local authorities across the country to join our online discussion on the growth of Property Owner BIDs.
As part of the Pride in Place strategy, the Government is considering expanding the Property Owner BIDs model outside London and as stand-alone BIDs, allowing landlords a formal role in shaping local high street priorities and supporting growth.
As a BID which holds 6 of the 9 Property Owner BIDs in the UK, HOLBA recognises the invaluable investment and role that our property owners have in shaping city centres and high streets for the future.
HOLBA is helping to lead this conversation and gather evidence to inform the upcoming formal consultation.
