HOLBA announces new appointments to strengthen delivery
We are pleased to announce a series of new appointments across several areas of the business.
Friday 19 December: These additions reflect our continued investment in talent and capability as we execute our strategic priorities and support our next phase of growth.
Catrin Doe – Associate Director of Company Performance
Catrin joins the business as Associate Director of Company Performance, bringing over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. In this role, Cat ensures the organisation is well-governed, financially robust and operationally effective, providing a strong foundation for the consistent delivery of services and programmes on behalf of members.
Chloe Waterman – Engagement and Partnerships Manager
Appointed to advance HOLBA’s vision for a thriving West End, Chloe manages strategic engagement and partnership activity, working directly with member businesses and public bodies. By building robust relationships, Chloe develops partnerships that support members, attract investment and strengthen the BID’s role as a driver of London’s creative and economic growth.
Izzy Thomas – Engagement Executive
As a member of the Engagement Team, Izzy plays a key role in ensuring member businesses are informed, connected and able to influence HOLBA’s priorities, strengthening two-way communication and day-to-day engagement.
Simon Glynn – Head of Place Shaping
Simon is Head of Place Shaping at HOLBA, working with colleagues, partners and stakeholders on contributing to a vibrant, resilient and attractive West End.
With over 20 years' experience of delivering projects and strategies in support of public realm enhancement, local economic development, cultural infrastructure, heritage and town planning, Simon brings central London and international experience, delivering positive change for businesses, BIDs and local authorities.
Louise Molinier – Place Shaping Executive
Louise joins HOLBA’s Place Shaping department as Place Shaping Executive. Louise supports the delivery of place-based projects that improve the West End’s public realm and long-term resilience, contributing directly to the experience of businesses, visitors and employees.
Joshua Quarmby – Data & Insights Executive
As part of our wider Place Shaping department, Joshua has been appointed as Data & Insights Executive and plays a key role in turning data into valuable insights. Joshua contributes to intelligence-led decision-making helping HOLBA and its members understand trends, measure impact and target investment where it will have the greatest effect.
Sydney Juzenas – Events Manager
Sydney is responsible for the strategy planning, management and delivery of HOLBA's event programme. Responsible for working with members of the wider team, Sydney supports them in delivering departmental events, as well as planning and executing our flagship events.
Together, these appointments strengthen HOLBA’s ability to deliver impactful projects that deliver tangible outcomes across the West End, on behalf of our members. We look forward to working with you all in the new year.
