Priority 1
Tackling crime and making the West End safer
Deliver a focused Heart of London Crime Action Plan 2027–2030, bringing together security, street management, intelligence and business support.
Use our role on the West End Crime Taskforce to help shape a West End Crime Reduction Plan and press for policing and enforcement resources that reflect the scale and economic importance of the area.
Make sure businesses do not have to work out which organisation owns a problem before they can get help.
Priority 2
Reducing the cost of doing business
Lead the national campaign for Hybrid Business Rates, which would reduce the tax placed directly on business premises and introduce a small contribution from eligible online sales.
Continue helping businesses reduce day-to-day operating costs through collective purchasing, shared services and practical support.
Priority 3
Unlocking investment and growth
Turn the West End’s new International Centre recognition into practical action on planning, licensing, transport, infrastructure and investment.
Work through One West End to bring partners behind one vision, one plan and one way of working for the West End.
