This survey is your opportunity to influence the issues that matter most to your business and help guide the services, projects, events and advocacy work we deliver across the Heart of London area.

Your feedback will help ensure we're investing our time and resources where they can make the greatest difference for members and the future success of the West End.

The survey takes around seven minutes to complete.

As a thank you for taking part, we'll donate £5 to The Connection at St Martins for every completed survey, supporting their vital work with people experiencing homelessness in the West End.

You'll also have the opportunity to enter our prize draw to win an unforgettable West End experience, generously provided by HOLBA members.

Your individual survey responses will remain confidential. Contact details collected for the prize draw are stored separately and will only be used for administering the competition.

Terms & Conditions

• £5 will be donated to The Connection at St Martin's for each completed survey response, up to a maximum total donation of £500.
• One prize draw entry is permitted per completed survey response.
• The prize includes a one-night bed and breakfast stay for two at The Londoner and a £200 dining gift card for San Carlo Regent Street.
• The prize is subject to availability and booking requirements.
• The winner will be selected at random after the survey closing date and contacted using the details provided.
• No cash alternative is available.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged, resold or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
• Travel, additional food and beverage purchases beyond the value of the gift card, upgrades and incidental expenses are not included.
